The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has intimated the petitioner herein seeking for instructions, he has not received any instructions. The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is also with regard to an order passed in the year 2005, whereby the petitioner's remittance of tax was rejected on the ground that it is belated. Since more than 10 years have lapsed, after the impugned order came to be passed, no fruitful orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
2. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Incase, the petitioner is still aggrieved against the impugned order passed in the writ petition, it is always open to him to file a petition seeking for review of the present order.
