O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate action against the respondents 3 to 14 under Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act and further direct the second respondent not to register any document from the respondents 3 to 14 in respect of the property to an extent of 1 acre 38 cents, comprised in S.No.492/1 and an extent of 1 acre 53 cents, comprised in S.No.498/1, situated at Kallukurikki Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. In view of the subsequent amendments made under the Act, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority, if any grievance exists as of now.

3. With this liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
