Respondents in both WPs Prayer in W.P.No.4174 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the 3rd respondent University in No.237791/A3/2016 dated 20.11.2017, quash the same, and further direct the 3rd respondent, the Bharathiar University, to give Qualification Approval forthwith to the appointment of Assistant Professor in English in the petitioner college with effect from the date of her appointment viz., 01.07.2017. Prayer in W.P.No.4175 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, to give qualification-approval forthwith to the two
teaching staffs namely, Mrs.A.Franchina Mary in Geography and Dr.Sr.Dhanis Arul Mary in Mathematics in the petitioner college with effect from their respective dates of their appointments viz., 01.07.2017 & 01.09.2017.

Thus, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petitions become vanished.
2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petitions. Accordingly, the present writ petitions stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
