dpa/sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur but it was not taken on file.
In view of the above fact, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to workout his remedies on receiving the papers under Section 207 Cr.P.C. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
