COMMON ORDER When this court expressed its opinion that statutory enquiry ordered under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, would not provide any cause of action for the writ petitioners to file the present writ petitions. the writ petitioners had retired from service and they would prefer to withdraw these writ petitions and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
