having an extent of 3 cents in view of the Conditional Assignment Patta in Na.Ka. 3063/ 92 dated 28.12.1992 issued by the 4th respondent and confirmed by the 2nd respondent by order dated 31.12.1992 by considering petitioners representation dated 1.11.2025.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1, 3 and 5 to issue computerised Natham patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. The petitioner claims that a conditional assignment patta dated 28.12.1992 for the subject property has been issued by the fourth respondent and the same has also been confirmed by the second respondent by its order dated 31.12.1992. The petitioner now seeks for issuance of computerised Natham patta for the very same property. The petitioner had given a representation dated 01.11.2025 to the respondents 1, 3 and 5 for issuance computerised Natham patta for the subject property. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. The petitioner has filed supporting documents in support of her representation dated 01.11.2025. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fifth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2025 seeking for issuance of computerised Natham patta in her favour for the subject property, after giving due consideration to the conditional assignment patta dated 28.12.1992 issued by the fourth respondent in her favour, which is also confirmed by the second respondent by its order dated 31.12.1992, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs. 13-02-2026 RKM To
