2. At this juncture, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that there was no stay in this matter. During the pendencey of the case, the first respondent has completed the investigation and filed final report and the case has been taken up in C.C.No.4 of 2018 on the file of the Anti Land Grabbing Court, Tiruvallur. He would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court, the case has been transferred to the Jurisdictional Court and thereby, the petition has become infructuous.
