The name of the respondents 1 and 2 are also printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Notice to the respondents 3 and 4 already dispensed with.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.2333 of 2025 is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
