Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records from the first respondent, relating to the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 12.12.2017, bearing Reference No.R. No.10716/2017/SI/FSSA ordering to relieve the petitioner from the services of the first respondent to the third respondent Town Panchayat and the consequential proceedings of the second respondent, dated 15.12.2017 bearing Reference Na.Ka.No.448/A1/2017, and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to continue to the petitioner in the first respondent/Department as it was done in the case of other Food Safety Officer appointed along with the petitioner, whose name was gazette on 20.04.2012, pay all monetary service and other service benefits, which the petitioner would have been entitled to had the impugned proceedings were not passed by the first and second respondents.
