This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate on instructions from the respondent police submitted that, the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.1095 of 2014 on the file of the respondent and complaint was closed.
