O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J] The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider the application in Ref.No.PR 1221516 submitted by the petitioner for enrolment as an Advocate and provide the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 fairly submitted that the petitioner's application seeking enrolment would be considered by the authority concerned as per law, only after he appears for necessary interview / enquiry.

3.In view of the above submission made on the side of the respondent authorities, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to appear before the authority concerned and

on such appearance, the authority concerned shall consider the petitioner's Enrolment application in Ref.No.PR 1221516 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
