This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking an order to direct the respondents to register the FIR, investigate the matter and file the final report on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 14.02.2014, by incorporating the offences under Indian Penal Code and Anti land Grabbing Act.
