ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 07.04.2014 made in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.10023 of 2014, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up, the the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order in the miscellaneous petition has been complied with by the respondents. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
