This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 21.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8439 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6637 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
