O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.600 of 2015.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the case in Crime No.600 of 2015 has been re-investigated and filed a final report on 16.03.2016 as "further action dropped".

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
