Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in their Circular dated 23.3.2005 for replacing the existing Medical Benefit Scheme to retired employees of the 2nd and 3rd respondent like the petitioner and quash the same and direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to continue the medical benefits accorded prior to the impugned circular.

When the case came up for hearing on 27.01.2021, this Court passed the following order:

had been given to the petitioner. Therefore, it was directed to list the case by printing the name and full address of the petitioner. Accordingly, it is listed.

Today, with the name and full address of the petitioner has been shown in the cause list, there is no representation for the petitioner.
