PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.131/Kaa.U.Ka /Sa.U.Ko/2015 dated 14.06.2015 and quash the same, consequently, directing the respondents to give permission to conduct the dance programme in the event of Sri Thulukanthaman Koil Festival on 26.06.2015 situated at Durikaiamman Koil Street, Palamathur Village, Maduranthakam Tk, Kancheepuram District.
