Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records made in R.O.C.No.A1/6415/2018 dated 22.10.2018 on the file of the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service as District Manager.

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself.

2.Challenging the suspension order dated 22.10.2018 passed by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition. A consequential direction has also been sought by the petitioner to the respondent to re-instate him in service as District Manager.

3.However, during the course of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted the relief sought for herein to the extent of directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.12.2018 seeking revocation of the suspension order, dated 22.10.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent, has no objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.

5.Considering the limited nature of the relief now sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which has not been opposed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.12.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
