These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to dispose the I.A.Nos.635 & 636 of 2019 in O.S.No.300 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharapuram.

2. In view of the order being passed in the revision petitions, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner/plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.300 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharapuram for mandatory injunction and also for permanent injunction restraining the defendant from interfering with his peaceful possession. Pending suit, the petitioner/plaintiff filed two applications in I.A.No.635 of 2019 to appoint an Advocate Commissioner and I.A.No.636 of 2019 for interim injunction restraining the respondent/defendant from interfering with the suit schedule property. But, so far both the interlocutory applications have not been disposed of . Hence, the present revisions have been filed.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in the revision, without 2/4

going into the merits of the case and also the fact that the interlocutory applications are pending from the year 2019, the trial Court is directed to dispose the I.A.Nos.635 & 636 of 2019 within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both the parties, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
