O R D E R

This Court passed an order on 24.06.2011 in W.P.No.15207 of 2005, which reads as follows:

"The above matter is listed today i.e., 24-06-2011, under the caption 'Default Cases', for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, including the payment of batta.

2. The concerned counsels are directed to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Registry, on or before 08-07-2011, as a last chance, and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the M.P/W.P shall stand dismissed, automatically, in so far as the concerned respondent(s) is/are concerned, without further reference to this Court."

2. When the matter is listed today for hearing, on verification, it is found that the said defects were not complied with by the writ petitioner. It was ordered that in the event of non-compliance, the writ petition shall stand dismissed automatically. Now, the main writ petition is not pending as the defects were not complied with by the petitioner and the time limit stipulated in the order dated 24.06.2011 had already lapsed.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
