ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service with effect from 09.07.1990 and pay all the promotion benefit, pension benefit and other monetary benefits on par with the other employees of the respondents within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
