O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of his representation dated 03.01.2017 relating to the appointment for the post of Tamil Nadu Special Police Youth Brigade (Male) - 2013-14 (Coimbatore City) within a stipulated period of time. 2.The petitioner having completed B.Com. degree and also M.S.W. (HR), applied for the post of Tamil Nadu Special Police Youth Brigade (Male) in the year 2013. After attending examination held on 10.11.2013, he has also attended the Physical Measurement Test and Physical Endurance Test on 30.12.2013. Thereafter, the third respondent/the Assistant Commissioner, Armed Force, Coimbatore City has issued a Call https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Letter dated 17.01.2014 directing him to appear before the first respondent's office along with all requisite certificates and documents for selection of Tamil Nadu Special Police Youth Brigade. However, he was provisionally selected for the said post for the year 2013-14 in Coimbatore City. Though he was provisionally selected for the said post, the respondents has not sent appointment order or rejection order to the petitioner. Therefore, he made a representation before the first respondent on 03.01.2017. As there was no response till date, he is before this Court seeking the above said direction.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents and seeks six weeks time to consider the petitioner's representation.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2017 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
