The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has repaid the loan amount and got his vehicle released. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in repossessing the vehicle from the respondent.
Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
