ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) There is a delay of 217 days in re-presenting the appeal.

2. When the Court expressed its unhappiness over the affidavit in support, applicant's counsel requested for an opportunity to file an additional affidavit detailing the reason for delay in re-presenting the appeal. An affidavit by one Sivaguru Prabakaran affirmed on 10.02.2025 is filed. A counter-affidavit of one R.Sathya Murti affirmed on 02.02.2025 is also filed. An additional counter-affidavit is also filed affirmed on 17.02.2025.

3. Considering that the delay is only in re-presenting the appeal, we would condone the delay.

4. Delay is condoned. Application is disposed of.

Appeal be numbered, if otherwise in order and be listed for admission on 10.03.2025.
