The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.14 of 2023, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN 20220002889C202400013, before the Mahila Court, Perambalur, on 24.03.2025. 3.
