This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear 1st and 2nd respondents from delivering the original Sale Deed dated 17.05.2011 in Document No.1802 of 2011 which was detained under Section 47A of Indian Stamp Act vide Ref.No.A2/2643/11, dated 05.08.2011.

2. A letter has been given by the Mr.S.Ilamparithi, learned counsel seeking permission to withdraw this Writ Petition for the reason that Mrs.Seema Varadarajan, daughter of deceased Mr.R.Varadarajan had mentioned in her 2/4

impleading petition that her father received the Sale Deed from the concerned office of Sub-Registrar on making payment of deficit Stamp duty. Therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the letter seeking permission for the withdrawal, this Court is inclined to grant permission to withdraw this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition are closed. No costs. 29.11.2022 (1⁄2) gd Index: Yes/No 3/4
