JUDGMENT

This Appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.4744 of 2017 dated 22.12.2017, whereby the bail application filed by the appellant was rejected.

2. I have heard Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant and Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

3. Since the petitioner was arrested on 18.12.2017 and has been inside till date and in the circumstances of the case, I am of the view to allow this Appeal on the following conditions:- (i)the appellant shall be enlarged on bail, on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate No.1, Ponneri with two sureties each for a like sum within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

(ii) the appellant shall report before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
