Prayer in W.P.No.112 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant proportionate reduction in demand charges for the unutilized demand during unscheduled power shut down for two hours in the morning and restriction in usage of power for 4 hours in the evening and consequently direct the respondents to refund the excess demand charges collected in so far as the members of the petitioner association is concerned.
