This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner / Management seeking to quash the Conciliation Proceedings in A.No.B/525/04, dated 25.10.2004.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for both sides that, pursuant to the failure report of the Conciliation Officer the matter has been taken on file in I.D.No.590 of 2004.

4. In view of the said submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has lost all its relevance. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
