Prayer:This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to grant police Protection to the petitioner agricultural land comprised in survey number: 102/B1 situated at Krishnapuram Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

It is seen from records that the petitioner has already obtained a decree in his favour in O.S.No.463 of 2008 as against the 3rd respondent and others.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this decree passed on 25.10.2017 has become final. Inspite of the same, the 3rd and 4th respondents are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the property.

The 2nd respondent Police is directed to call the parties for an enquiry and instruct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere with the possession of the property and cause threat to the petitioner. They may be directed to workout their remedy in accordance with law. If necessary, the 2nd respondent shall also provide police protection to the petitioner. 5.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
