2. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the credit of a sum of Rs. 5,76,028/-. This is recorded.

3. Neither party is ready with the documents that were to be supplied to us today. Hence, one more opportunity is given to them to comply with the directions under order dated 20.09.2024.
