Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose the petitioner revision petition dated 26.09.2019 filed before the 1st respondent so as to remove the illegal entries made in the Patta Nos.1292 and 1842 on the basis of the petitioner revision petition dated 26.09.2019 on a date fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose the petitioner revision petition dated 26.09.2019 filed before the 1st respondent so as to remove the illegal entries made in the Patta Nos.1292 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1842 on the basis of the petitioner revision petition dated 26.09.2019 on a date fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.This Court now directs the first respondent/DRO to fix a date for enquiry sometime in the first week of June, 2021, and to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, given them a fair and effective hearing and dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
