ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the Executing Court in E.A. No. 2 of 2025 in E.P. No. 87 of 2016 in M.C.O.P. No. 141 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Gudiyattam, the Judgment Debtor has preferred this revision.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner has not preferred any appeal against the award passed in M.C.O.P. No. 141 of 2011. Therefore, the Executing Court rightly ordered arrest for execution of the decree. The accident occurred in the year 2011 and, even after nearly fifteen years, the decree-holder has not been able to realise the award amount.

3. This Court finds no justifiable reason to interfere with the order passed by the Executing Court.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 01-06-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes rri
