The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner reports that the revision petitioner Gajendran died and the same is endorsed by the learned counsel appearing for the other accused Mariappan, who has preferred a separate revision petition in Crl.R.C.No.1469 of 2011 challenging the judgment of the lower appellate Court passed in C.A.No.179 of 2010.
