Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To Suspend the Sentence imposed on him in S.C.No.88 of 2018 dated 27.02.2020 (convicting under S.302 of Indian Penal Code and sentencing to undergo life imprisonment and pay a fine of Rs.10,000 in default of which to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 1 year) pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.576 of 2021. (Crl.M.P.No.1931/2022) (ii) To Dispense with the payment of fine amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) imposed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, (convicting under S.302 of Indian penal Code and sentencing to undergo life imprisonment and pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- in default of which to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 1 year) in S.C.No.88 of 2018 dated 27.02.2020, pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.576 of 2021. (Crl.M.P.No.1934/2022)
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw these criminal miscellaneous petition.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these criminal miscellaneous petitions stands dismissed as withdrawn.
