Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the production of the certified copy of the order dated 11.11.2025 passed in E.A.No.2 of 2025 in E.P.No.87 of 2016 in M.C.O.P.No.141 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham, is dispensed with for the present. As and when the learned counsel for the petitioner obtains the certified copy of the impugned order, the same shall be filed before this Court.
