COMMON ORDER Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 07.08.2024 that reads as follows:- "W.P.Nos. 15368 & 15369 of 2005 have been filed by the reserved candidates, respondents in O.A filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal(CAT).
2. W.P.No.11581 of 2006 has been filed by the official respondents in OA, being the Union of India, Secretary to Government, Department of Personnel and Training & Commissioner of Central Excise.
3. W.P.No.11580 of 2006 has been filed by candidates falling under open category, petitioners in the original applications .
4. Heard in brief.
5. The Court is not inclined to keep these four writ petitions pending indefinitely as the issue arising in these matters is stated to be pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence these matters may be closed granting full liberty to all parties to revive the same as and when final orders are passed by the Supreme Court.
6. Mr.Sundareswaran, learned counsel, seeks a few days time to obtain instructions and revert.
7. List on 09.08.2024."

Today, all learned counsel, including, Mr.Sundareswaran, learned Senior Standing Counsel, who sought a few day's time on the last occasion, would accede to the decision of this Court as recorded in the aforesaid order.

Hence, in light of order dated 07.08.2024, these writ petitions are closed granting full liberty to all parties to revive the same, if they are so inclined as and when final orders are passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. No costs.
