Common PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.181 Animal Husbandry Dairying & Fisheries (AH-1) Department dated 07.11.2007 and quash paragraph 4 (a) (2) of the said order in so far as it excludes SSLC failed candidiates who were appointed prior to 08.12.1989 from being sent for Livestock Inspector
Training and direct the 2nd respondent to send the petitioner for Livestock Inspector Training with all attendant benefits.
