Prayer:- Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the proceedings dated 17.08.2017 under Section 145 of Crl.P.C., pursuant to the registration of case in Crime No.235 of 2017 on the file of the Bagalur Police Station, Krishnagiri District. This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the proceedings dated 17.08.2017 under Section 145 of Crl.P.C., pursuant to the registration of case in Crime No.235 of 2017 on the file of the Bagalur Police Station, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard Mr.R.Bharath Kumar learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.235 of 2017 and referred the complaint to initiate proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. to the file of the SubCollector, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and it is pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Sub- Collector, Hosur, Krishnagiri District is directed to complete the enquiry after issuing notice to the counter parties and giving opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits in accordance with law and complete the proceedings within a period of twelve month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
