O R D E R

The distraint order dated 27.7.2004 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. Admittedly, no interim order is in force in respect of the present writ petition and actions were initiated under the provisions of the Revenue Recovery Act to realise the dues to be paid to the Government.

unable to secure the current status regarding the case and this apart, the distraint order issued on 27.7.2004 deserves no further adjudication and if at all any action remains, it is left open to the authorities to proceed with all further actions in accordance with law and by following the procedures contemplated.
