ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein viz the Inspector of Police, Velankanni Police Station, Nagapattinam District to procure and produce L.W.4 Asraf before the trial court for the purpose of examination in the above case in S.C.No.08 of 2013 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far as the prosecution examined PW1 to PW8 and the matter posted for further evidence namely, LW4, LW10 to LW12 on 14.09.2020. Therefore, the respondent served summon to LW4, LW10 to LW12 as prosecution witnesses.

3. Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to produce LW4 before the Trial Court on 14.09.2020 as prosecution witnesses in S.C.No.08 of 2013 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam District.
