This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 173 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.M.Krishnamoorthi, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by both sides, the delay in filing the above appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the above appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post for admission on 21.04.2021.
