Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 29.11.2019 to pass appropriate orders in the matter within a period that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 29.11.2019 and pass orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing

for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on receipt of the representation submitted by the petitioners, the fourth respondent considered the same and passed an order. He further submitted that the the present counsel who represents on behalf of the 4th respondent has no locus standi to appear on behalf of the 4th respondent, even after change of regime, since the fourth respondent is taking different stand on the societies. The Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Housing) is directed to issue necessary circular in this regard to the Societies.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
