This Civil Revision is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.1425 of 2015 in O.S.No.159 of 2009, dated 12.09.2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Chengalpattu.

2. The petitioner being defendant in O.S.No.159 of 2009 has filed I.A.No.1425 of 2015, seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner for noting down the physical features in respect of the schedule mentioned property. The trial Court on considering the rival contentions, dismissed the application.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the case without prejudice to his rights in future course of time, if necessary. This Civil Revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
