The present miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 49 days in filing this criminal revisions against the order dated 20.06.2023 made in C.A.Nos.12 and 13 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the petitions being allowed.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions stand allowed.
4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revisions, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main cases for admission.
