(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to first respondent herein to produce petitioner's daughter K.Lavanya, aged 18 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for second respondent.

3. The detenue, daughter of the petitioner, has been produced by the first respondent. Petitioner and his wife are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also present. The detenue informs of having left the parental home on her own volition and having taken up residence with her maternal aunt Nathiya at Edapalayam, Balaji Garden, Alamathi, Sengunram. The detenue is a major. The petitioner and his wife having kept informed of the detenue's position. Recording the said position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
