Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, Directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary stringent action against the Respondents 4 and 5, their allies and Village peoples, who has instigated by the Respondents 4 and 5 so as to enable us to complete the Project of Gravel Quarry, to a vast extent of 13.46.5 Hectares of 33 Acres in Pillanallur Eri, in SF No 66 of Pillanallur village, Rasipuram Taluk, Damakkal District by providing adequate protection for the life of petitioners and their transport vehicles. The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "Directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary stringent action against the Respondents 4 and 5, their allies and Village peoples, who has instigated by the Respondents 4 and 5 so as to enable us to complete the Project of Gravel Quarry, to a vast extent of 13.46.5 Hectares of 33 Acres in Pillanallur Eri, in SF No 66 of Pillanallur village, Rasipuram Taluk, Damakkal District by providing adequate protection for the life of petitioners and their transport vehicles.."

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Staling Abimanyu, learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners' representation dated 26.01.2026 would be considered within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
