2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Ad interim stay granted in Miscellaneous Petition No.1 of 2010 is vacated. Consequently, the said Miscellaneous Petition as well as Miscellaneous Petition No. 1 of 2013, which has been filed to vacate the said stay order are closed.
