ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.08.2023 in Application No.10125957 and provide death cum retirement gratuity to the petitioner for the death of the petitioner's son Rajaiah who served as Village Assistant based on the recommendation made by the 6th respondent Na.Ka.No.5944/2023/A1 dated 20.05.2025.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the 2nd & 3rd respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application dated 22.08.2023 within a specified time.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd & 3rd respondents will consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.
5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 2nd & 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 22.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
