This Court vide its order dated 18.04.2022, has partially allowed the revision, wherein it modified the order of the appellate Court only to the extent of cost payable from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.25,000/-, and directed the respondents 3 and 5 to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the revision petitioner, and posted the matter to 29.04.2022, for reporting compliance.

2. Today, when the matter came up before this Court, the counsel for the respondents 3 and 5 submitted that the order of the Court has been complied with, and he has filed a cost memo vide SR.No.13859 dated 21.04.2022, wherein the counsel for the revision petitioner too had acknowledged the receipt.

3. The said memo is recorded, and the order of this Court dated 18.04.2022 in CRP(NPD) No.370 of 2021 is complied.

4. The counsel for the revision petitioner also made a statement before the Court that P.W.1 resides in Bangalore, and that he may have to travel to Salem, to attend the Court proceedings.
